Reverend Chibesa - The Counsel of God

Pastor Chibesa

Proverbs 19:21
Jer. 29:11
Isaiah 55:6-9
Gal. 3:11

Theme:

- The plans that do not involve God are futile. If you want things to move in your life you need to reach a stage in life where you totally surrender to the plans of God! Plans that shall stand are plans that you make while seeking God

- Even as the year ends it is not time to complain but it is time to seek God. It is time to seek God
Whether I have or lack the bible declares that the just shall live by faith! Whether I have or not it is okay because God is truthful and when he says the just shall live by faith! I will hold on to him and he shall reward me! Lord raise my faith that I may trust the counsel of God that shall stand forever!

- If you are looking for answers outside God I just came to tell you that you will never find answers because the answers to life are with God!

- Seeking God requires patience. You must believe that all things shall pass away but the word of God shall stand. A person who trusts God has no fear but trusts God! He releases everything to the hands of God. This is not the time to fight your self this is time to wait and see God making his counsel stand! When arrows come you should stand in the Lord and watch him fight for you!

God has better plans for you! This is the time to go To your wife and tell them to seek God!

If it will take you to break your head to find God, do it! If you must go the mountain, go! Do whatever you can to seek God because his counsel shall stand!

My friend don't stop seeking God! If you are seeking God and things are still tough what more when you stop?

As we finish the year we need to finish the year strong! Strength does not lie in the things you posses but it lies in your faith!

We need people with faith and confidence in God.

Conclusion

Psalm 91:1-16

God has plans over our lives and the devil has plans over our lives as well. The plans of the devil are to destroy us and the devil attacks us both by day and by night! He is busy planning how he is going to stop us.
There is no place we can run to, where we will find refuge apart from the presence of God! When the devil starts throwing arrows at you, just know that it is time to pray because deliverance is only found in God! There is assurance that the Lord will deliver us and he will give us salvation!
Make God your refuge! It is time to start seeking God!

Amen

BREAKING THE ALABASTER BOX - BISHOP ELIAS LWIMBO ZIMBA

Mark 14:1-9

Unless somethings have been undertaken, you blessing will delay.
Every blessing has a specifications.

The woman came with a box of Alabaster which is made out of an expensive stone! This woman was not an ordinary woman but she was a rich woman. She carried an expensive stone which contained an expensive perfume! When it was broken the perfume spread in the whole room that some people got provoked!
Small miracles will provoke small enemies! But bigger miracles will provoke opposition around you.
Wait until you are blessed that's when you will know who is for you and who is against you.
the action that this woman made provoked God to release her blessing!
When God releases his blessing on you it will be original!
God does not give Chinese miracles which are here today and not there tomorrow but he is give you original blessing!

This woman recognized her prophet! She had expensive things but the prophet was the one to connect her to her blessing. In life you have to recognize your father! This woman knew that her breakthrough was in Jesus.

Your prophet helps you to recover and discover your life. Your prophets sets a pace for you

The woman carried a box which represents your life and heart. If you want to succeed in life you must have a broken heart. It is only after your heart has been broken that the content of your heart will overflow. Breaking your heart before God shows dependency on God. God looks at how broken you are.
When you begin to break your heart people will talk about you negatively.
A contrite heart doesn't care what people say about it.

When you break your heart, get ready to set a standard. People must know that you don't compromise on your Christianity. Brand yourself! Do things that will only be peculiar for you!

Amen

BEARING MUCH FRUIT - REVEREND CHIBESA MWAPE

Matt. 15:13
Fruit is found on a tree.
Matt. 7:21-23, 16
No bad tree can bear good fruit and no good tree can bear bad fruit. Even the children of God shall be known by their fruits.

WHY MUST WE BEAR FRUIT?

John 15:16

We have been chosen by God to bear fruit in all that we do and it is only when we bear fruit that our prayers shall be answered. Bearing fruit spiritually will improve your prayer life

John 15:8 - God is glorified through the fruits that we are bearing!

Mathew 7:20 - Bearing fruits is the identity of growth in the life of a Christian.

Matthew 12:33-35

Your heart plays a critical role in bearing fruit!
A tree is supported by the roots!
Every fruit shall be produced by the seed of its kind
The kind of seed you allow in your life will determine how far you will go in all that you do. The enemy is preventing good seed to be planted in everyones life! He knows that when you bear much fruit God will be glorified in the earth and so the devil will try to sow bad seed amongst the children of God.
Mathew 13 talks about the different types of sowers
The results that you are having in your life would have been caused by the seeds that you planted. As the ground is prepared for sowing so must our hearts be prepared to receive the word of God.
1. Guard your heart against the powers that is coming to devour the seed in your heart

2. Guard your heart against the scotching heat in your heart. The enemy wants to steal your seed.

3. Guard your heart against those things that chock the seeds

Uncleaness of heart will pollute your whole life.

Matthew 15:30 - if you let the enemy snatch the seed inside you will never see increase in your life and you will find that you will be moving from struggle to struggle.

Pray that God helps you to obtain good results!

Amen

THE DEVINE PROVIDENCE OF GOD - REV. MWILA KELVIN

INTRODUCTION
In Chapter one of the book of Ruth, we see a man who lives his home country to go and sojourn in another country. This mans name is Elimelech and the name of his sweetheart is Naomi. This couple had two sons whose name were Mahlon and Chilion and these names meant sick and dying. So we see that these are not good names to give to your children.
Elimelech and his wife had left Bethlehem in Judah to go and live in Moab because there was a famine in Bethlehem. They went to live in the country of Moab and they remained there.
The purpose of Elimelech’s escape to Moab was to prevent his family from dying of poverty in Bethlehem. Bethlehem means house of bread. So we see a situation were there is no bread in the house of bread. It is like saying there is no water in the river, or saying there is no water in the ocean. It really takes the punishment of God to experience such a phase in life.
Moab, on the other hand was a very wicked sexually immoral city like Durban. They worshipped a God of fertility whom they called Chemosh (kimosh). You see Elimelech was not a very prudent man because he took his wife from a people who feared God and went and settled with her amongst Satanists. He took his family away from the fellowship of the believers to go and dwell amongst a people with no fear of God. This is disastrous for ones spirituality. Elimelech went to settle amongst a godless people and his children ended up marrying godless women. Please note that your children will marry what you set in front of them.
Elimelech left Bethlehem so that he might not die but right their, amidst plenty of food to eat and plenty of immorality to choose from, Elimelech died. Not only did Elimelech die but his children Mahlon and Chilion died as well. Elimelech and his sons died so that God could begin working in someone’s life.
Ruth’s Conversion
Ruth 1:15-18. Ruth chose to follow Naomi because she was loyal to Naomi. God is always there waiting to award loyalty. Do you want to see the hand of God? Respect and be loyal to servants of God. Ruth stood with Naomi amidst a tough time.
Ruth’s work Ethic (2:2)
Ruth was new in Bethlehem and she had all the rights just to be sleeping and doing whatever she wanted whenever she wanted. But Ruth had a work ethic! She desired to work so that she could take care of her mother in law who was old. Ruth was a foreigner in this land but she did not let that status to keep her indoors instead she left without worrying what might happened to her to go and work in the field of Boaz. This was the field of Ruth’s divine connection.
Meeting Boaz (2:4)
Boaz was a rich wealthy man who feared God and his workers enjoyed working for him. Imagine your boss comes to work and instead of shouting at you for the many things you have done right he blesses you!
Whilst blessing his servants he saw a fine young woman (2:5) and he inquired, “Whose young woman is this!!!!”
Someone is going to inquire about your life. Someone from somewhere, someone you have never met before is busy right now inquiring about you! Some one is ready wanting to bless you and that some is your connection. God’s Providence brought Boaz into Ruth’s life! Elimelech and his sons had to die for Ruth to be blessed. Elimelech and his sons had to die for Boaz to be blessed.
Ruth 2:10, Boaz approached Ruth without fear without a Revelation but with wisdom. Firstly before he approaches her he warns his young men not to hurt her. You don’t touch the woman you boss is interested in if you are to keep your job. Boaz approached Ruth and Ruth did not jump on Boaz and began to sing (Lesa uwasukaaaa eLesaaaaaa) no! She inquired, ‘why have I found favor in your eyes, that you should take notice of me.’ Boaz explained his reasons for loving this woman. From his explanation it looks like he had heard about Ruth from around the community. Boaz was Ruth’s redeemer.
Ruth Redeemed
Ruth 4:10 – God will never leave the people he loves alone he has got a Boaz for each one of us. May you pray today that your Boaz will not delay, pray that your redeemer may come at a time you least we least expect them. Boaz did not find a bathed up Ruth. He found a woman who was all dirty because she was working in the fields. God will remember you from wherever you are and in whatever you are doing!
Ruth became the mother of Obed who was the father of Jesse who was the father of David. Jesus Christ was born in a genealogy of Ruth a Moabite. God will raise you to be a blessing to many nations. He will raise you to deliver people.
Amen

Hidden Curses - By Pastor Elias Lwimbo Zimba

Proverbs 26:2

What is a curse?

1. It is a contending force that fights your blessing.

2. It being greeted by failure amidst sucess

3. It is a sentence calling for punishment over your life

4. It is a Satanic mandate given to demons to work harvoc on a persons life

5. Laboring under backwardness or stagnation. No matter how hard you work heavens still remains closed to your success because you are under a Hidden Curse.

Laws that govern curses

(a) When someone pronounces a curse over your life and you don't refuse it, it will settle

(b) A curse is a spiritual thing and so it must be handled spiritually

(c) Where sin stays, a curse stays because sin empowers a curse

(d) Demons enforce and propagate curses and so to effectively deal with some curses we must deal with the demons behind those curses through prayer

How do hidden curses come?

1. When a person breaks a marriage vow
-sexual sins will bring a curse over your life
-the sexual sin curse is a curse that has claimed a lot of young lives today
-children are born with HIV because of mostly sinful parents
-this curse brings poverty into someones life
-if you break the edge, the serpent will bite!
-most deaths are caused by sexual sin

2. When you treat some people unfairly
- ill treating orphans and widows
- property grabbing
- sleeping with young virgins in exchange for a favor which might be a job, marks, etc.

3. Unrighteous wealth
- gaining wealth by rituals
- stealing
-prostitution
- sleeping with animals in front of Cameras in exchange for money

But all these curses can only be cured by the blood of Jesus. We need to pray that God releases us from the curses mentioned above through the blood of His son!

Love you all

The Ordination

Watch out for the Photos and just a little comments about the ordination sevice which we had today the 6th November 2011. Everything went well and God was present with us! We are very delighted as a church to be serving the Lord with gladness. we had Bishop Bolden Chikuni the Chairman for the Kitwe Pastor's fellowship as the guest of honor and we also had Evangelists and Pastors from every where in attendance. Pastor Moses Kawewe's father who has never stepped in church for 20 years today came and stepped in God's sanctuary and personally i believe his life will never be the same. Lets keep praying for him.

When you serve people faithfully they will also remember you in all you do. Today we had members of different cell zones (bible study groups) bringing gifts for their pastors just to appreciate what these leaders are doing in different zones. God is really at work here at PPCC and we want you to continue praying with us and supporting us and God will remember you in all that you do! You can never support God's work and God forsakes you. God always remembers the faithfull

Love you all,

INTRODUCING THE PASTORS OF PPCC (Palace of Praise Christian Centre)

Palace of Praise is a growing church and we have seen growth in our Church and because of this factor we have also now seen growth in the area of leadership. God has added to our church five Pastors all very anointed and they all love the Lord with a passion. We will introduce these men and woman of God who have been set to minister over PPCC.
Before the man of God planted the church he had heard God speak to him in 1997 telling him to raise an army. God had confirmed to the man of God that he was going to raise an army of anointed men and women of God. Every ministry needs to be birthed in a vision or it will die. Isaiah’s ministry began when he saw God after king Uzziah died in Isaiah chapter 6:1-8. A vision will give you courage to run with the vision even in the times of trials. So let us now look at the bunch of courageous leaders that the man of God Pastor Elias Lwimbo Zimba is raising to conquer the earth for Christ.

Pastor Lwimbo is an anointed man of God who started Palace of Praise 7 years ago. He is the father of many believers who are Pastors today and are pastoring great big churches. Pastor Zimba is the best expositor of the word of God and sitting under him to learn is a privilege. He is known for his passion for the Lord and his emphasis for righteous living. He is married to a very gorgeous Mercy Zimba and together they have a son (top picture right).
One of the characteristics that Pastor Zimba posses is, a heart of humility and the desire to help people come close to God. He is also a tough pastor in that with or without money he is able to start a task and everyone around him will believe that yes it is possible. He obtained his theological training from Antioch Bible College. Pastor’s vision can not be understood just by mere speculation; it is a vision you have to sit under for you to understand. He is a prayer warrior and he barely sleeps due to spending time in the presence of God. He also flows in the prophetic ministry and we have heard him prophesy in the lives of many people and it came to pass. He delights in righteousness and faith. God truly loves this man of God.

Pastor Chibesa is a very anointed man of God and he loves God to his bones. He is also a powerful expositor of the word of God. He has been with Pastor Zimba from the inception of the church and he is currently saving as a youth Pastor at Palace of Praise. Pastor Chibesa is respected among the youths for his great messages about holy living, a message he not only emphasizes but a message he lives. He is engaged to be married to Miss Priscilla Machisa and again they are both leading the praise team at the church. Chibesa and Priscilla will be tying the knot next year in April. Pastor Chibesa did his Bible School studies at William Carey School of world missions in South Africa. Pastor Chibesa is a man of integrity.

Pastor Moses is also popularly known as “Pastor Mo” by the men of God in the church especially our senior Pastor. Pastor Moses Kawewe is a product of the United Church in Zambia (UCZ) and he met Pastor Zimba while in a spiritual desert of not having where to belong. He pursued his Bible School Education at William Carey School of Missions together with Pastor Chibesa in South Africa. Pastor “Mo” is known and loved for his prayerfulness in the church which has earned him the role of Intercession Pastor. Pastor Moses can pray from morning till dawn with the same torn of voice and for that all the men of God remove their caps for him when it comes to prayer. Pastor Moses is very single but he is praying for a woman and we are standing with him in prayer.

Pastor Mushimba is a quiet man of God who is happily married with kids. He is anointed man of God and he is also a prayerful man. He runs a business of selling DVD’s in a place called Chisokone Market. His experience and passion for the ministry has made him to rightly earn the position of Pastor in Palace of Praise. His children are very active in the Sunday school ministry at the church and every time there is scripture memorization the Mushimba kids always do very well. It speaks tons about the parents. They are parents who are actively helping their children to grow in the fear of the Lord and in the Lords word. Pastor Mushimba is quiet an interesting man to spend time with and just learn from his vast experience in life and ministry.

Our mother and grandmother to our kids, this woman is very prayerful and a very good expositor of the word of God. She has such passion for preaching the word that when you give her to preach she will always call in the morning of the day she is suppose to be preaching in to remind you that she is the one preaching. She is also a role model to all the women in the church who are aspiring to study theology and apply it to their lives and to their marriages and ministry. The husband Mr. Silungwe is equally a church member at Palace of Praise and he bears a powerful testimony of been delivered from the power of alcoholism by the prayers of the wife. God is still in the business of delivering people. Her humility has helped her to submit to the senior Pastor who can even be her own son if we follow issues. But regardless of that she is the one who calls him (the senior Pastor) as ‘abafyashi’ meaning parent. We call her banakulu Emma which means the grand mum to Emmanuel. We love her and we appreciate her in the church.

Bashi Joshua has known by many simply meaning father of Joshua. Pastor Kelvin is a husband of one beautiful Gladys Mwanza Mwila who is part of the praise team at Palace of Praise Christian Centre. Bashi Joshua joined the church in February 2011 after coming back from South Africa. He had issues with his former church that had to release him and like Pastor Moses he was picked in the spiritual wilderness by Pastor Elias Lwimbo Zimba and he was added to the army that the man of God was commissioned to rise. Pastor Kelvin has a passion for playing the guitar and was part of the band at Oasis Church in Durban, Amanzimtoti. Pastor Kelvin studied his Theology at Durban Bible College in Durban, Kwazulu Natal, South Africa. Pastor Kelvin is in charge of the PPCC blog and also handles all the printing of materials for the church. Pastor Kelvin is an excellent teacher of the word of God and he loves leading the cell group in Miseshi, Mukuba Natwange, and Ndeke Village as the Zone Pastor. Pastor

Palace of Praise has a lot of leaders who you will meet as we continue to go. We are a church that is growing fast every day. We are one of the fastest growing churches in Kitwe and we believe we will be the biggest church in Kitwe by the year 2015 to the glory of God. Currently we only have about 150 plus members but with the word being preached to equip these 150 plus we believe we are headed for growth. Please never hesitate to drop us a mail or just leave your details on this blog and we will get back to you! We love you, but, remember Jesus loves you best!
